Liability Release:

I agree to work with, assist, and keep safe as possible the players during the playing activities with the understanding that the players need assistance with running, batting, throwing, and focus on game play. It is understood that I am a volunteer and my service and time is given freely without compensation from A League of Their own, Inc.

I agree that  shall not be held liable for any injury or damage that can occur during this type of game or activity. I release, A League of their own, Inc., players, volunteers, or Temple Terrace Parks and recreation, or any of its sponsors for any damages from the instances of injury should it occur during the event or games.

Photo Release:

The Registrant acknowledges there will be video, media, and photos used from the event that will have them included and agrees they are giving permission for those to be used as A League of their own, Inc needs to use them on the web page, social media, and ad/sponsor Media documentations now and possibly in the future.
